All of our practitioners working in the eating disorder recovery coaching space are Accredited Practising Dietitians and Nutritionist credentialed with Dietitian’s Australia as well as Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinicians (CEDC with the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders.

Our team has all completed university level training to become Dietitians  (APD’s) and Nutritionists, and have then gone on to do additional training to be able to hold the title of CEDC. Our team also undergoes regular professional development and training in the area of eating and body image concerns.

Yes. An eating disorder nutritionist can help you with your body image by:

  • Helping you identify and challenge the sources of your body dissatisfaction, such as media, social media, family, peers, or internalized standards
  • Helping you cultivate a positive and respectful relationship with your body, based on gratitude, appreciation, and care
  • Helping you explore and express your authentic self, beyond your appearance
  • Helping you embrace body diversity and celebrate your uniqueness
  • Helping you engage in activities that make you feel good in your body, such as movement, relaxation, or self-care

Our team has undergone further training to be able to practice within this area. However, we often encourage clients to work alongside a psychologist trained in eating disorders when doing this work. 

The cost of eating disorder recovery coaching varies depends on the form of coaching you receive. We recommend booking in a complementary discovery call with our team to understand the costs for the most appropriate service for you. You are also welcome to contact our team on

Rebates are available for eligible Australian residents under medicare and private health.

If you have been referred to our dietitian’s under an Eating Disorder Treatment Plan by your GP you will be eligible to receive up to 20 sessions with a dietitian where there is a rebate associated with this provided by medicare.  Please note, we are not a bulk billing clinic so there is a gap payment. 

If you have dietetics cover with your private health insurer, you may also be eligible for rebates. Please contact your insurer for details.
