We all have an inner ‘mean girl’, aka the inner critic. But sometimes it seems like it’s in charge, and we’re in the back seat. It’s time to take back the wheel.

Eating isn’t meant to be a constant source of guilt, stress or anxiety. It’s not meant to make us miss out on spending precious previous time with loved ones, or saying ‘yes’ to spontaneous experiences like eating an ice cream at the beach.

As the list of food rules grows, life around it continues to shrink. You might have felt ashamed or embarrassed because you ‘don’t eat like everyone else’, but you still feel stuck with how to move forward in healing your relationship with food.

The good news? With the right support, finding a life beyond counting calories or hating your body is absolutely possible. And this is what dietitian consultation at Imbodi is passionate about. We’d love to join you on this journey.
