We all have an inner ‘mean girl’, aka the inner critic. But sometimes it seems like it’s in charge, and we’re in the back seat. It’s time to take back the wheel.

Eating isn’t meant to be a constant source of guilt, stress or anxiety. It’s not meant to make us miss out on spending precious previous time with loved ones, or saying ‘yes’ to spontaneous experiences like eating an ice cream at the beach.

As the list of food rules grows, life around it continues to shrink. You might have felt ashamed or embarrassed because you ‘don’t eat like everyone else’, but you still feel stuck with how to move forward in healing your relationship with food.

The good news? In your dietitian consultation, we’ll work together to discover a life beyond counting calories, obsessing over food or hating your body.

Let’s Work Together

Hey, I’m Kiah!

Like many people, I used to be obsessed with the latest fad diets, food rules and trying to get the number lower on the scales. I felt like I was in a constant war with food and my own body. I was counting calories, caught up in the binge-restrict cycle and feeling anxious and guilty about everything I was eating.

Eventually I was fed up with living with thoughts about every food I had eaten and calorie I had consumed constantly on my mind. I knew it wasn’t sustainable, enjoyable and it was starting to have a big impact on my life and relationships.

My recovery journey was pivotal in why I became an online eating disorder dietitian.

My goal is to help you find a healthy and sustainable approach to eating that aligns with your values and promotes a positive relationship with food and your body, free from restriction, guilt and shame.
